Raffles Capital and Raffles Financial Group Clarify: No Fundraising Activities Have Ever Been Conducted in China

Singapore, 30 June 2025 – Raffles Capital Pte. Ltd. (“RC”) and Raffles Financial Group Limited (“RFG”) issue this official statement in response to recent incidents of false advertising and misrepresentation.

We state unequivocally that RC and RFG have never conducted any form of fundraising activities in China, nor have we authorized any third party to carry out such activities on our behalf in China. Any claims to the contrary are false and misleading to the public.

In recent months, we have identified several instances of unauthorized and deceptive use of our corporate name, which have resulted in reputational harm to our group. We urge the public to exercise caution and vigilance. If you encounter suspicious messages or unauthorized solicitations claiming affiliation with our group, please report them immediately to the relevant authorities.

In the interest of transparency, we clarify that Raffles Financial Group Limited is majority- and controlling-owned by Raffles Capital Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. Raffles Capital was co-founded by Mr. Charlie In Nany Sing and Ms. Abigail Zhang Liying, both of whom continue to serve in strategic leadership roles within the group.

We also wish to highlight our group’s international collaboration initiatives. Boustead APEX, Inc. (BAI) is a joint venture between Boustead & Company Limited (BCL) and Raffles Capital (RC), established to support ASEAN businesses—including those in China—in accessing global capital markets. Through BAI, we offer bespoke services such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Over-the-Counter (OTC) listings, Real-World Asset (RWA) structures, and Real-Yield Asset (RYA) strategies, targeting markets in the United States, Oceania, and Singapore.
