Emperor Tea to Pursue U.S. IPO with Advisory Support from Boustead APEX — Taking Its Brand Global

Shenzhen, China — 11 Aug 2025 — Emperor Tea has announced plans to pursue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the United States, a major step in its mission to globalise its brand — including entering the U.S. market — and bring the natural herbal goodness of tea to consumers worldwide. The company will be advised by Boustead APEX, Inc., with Boustead & Company serving as lead underwriter and Raffles Capital US participating as a cornerstone partner.

The proposed IPO will underpin Emperor Tea’s growth strategy, which includes expanding market reach across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, strengthening operational capacity, and developing innovative product lines that blend traditional Chinese tea craftsmanship with modern preferences.  Access to U.S. capital markets is expected to provide the resources necessary to accelerate these initiatives.
