The conference series marks the first large-scale initiative in which U.S. IPO specialists traveled to multiple Chinese cities to engage directly with local entrepreneurs, founders, and investors. The events showcased strategies for accessing the U.S. capital markets — the largest in the world — and provided invaluable insights for Chinese enterprises seeking international growth.

Shenzhen: Opening the Dialogue

The tour kicked off in Shenzhen, where discussions centered on supply chain finance as a transformative pathway for high-valuation U.S. listings. The event convened entrepreneurs, investors, and market experts, setting the tone for a nationwide exploration of U.S. IPO opportunities.

Beijing: Legal and Strategic Preparation

The second stop in Beijing was co-hosted with Loeb & Loeb LLP, a premier international law firm. Attendees heard directly from seasoned professionals who have successfully brought over 600 companies to IPO in the U.S. Panel discussions highlighted key requirements and preparation for U.S. listings, while interactive sessions engaged the audience in strategies and tactics essential to IPO success.

Shanghai: High-Potential Companies Identified

The third stop in Shanghai was co-organized with the China Centre for Promoting SME Cooperation and Development. The event attracted founders, entrepreneurs, and executive program students from Fudan University, reflecting the city’s vibrant innovation ecosystem. From a competitive pitching session, three companies were selected as having the strongest potential for U.S. listings, impressing judges with their innovative business models and growth strategies.
