("BAI"), in collaboration with Korea University, one of the nation's most prestigious academic institutions, successfully concluded the IPO Conference - Asia Edition 2025 on September 13, 2025. The event was designed as a dynamic platform for insights, networking, and collaboration, connecting IPO-ready businesses from across Asia-Pacific with investors and experts to navigate the transition to public markets.

Held at the university's campus, the conference brought together leading industry experts, seasoned professionals, and essential stakeholders. It showcased nine high-potential companies and culminated in the selection of four to progress towards an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the United States, backed by cornerstone investor Raffles Capital.

The conference featured presentations from nine founders who pitched their innovative business models to a distinguished panel of judges. The panel included representatives from leading U.S. IPO law firm Loeb & Loeb LLP; and Raffles Capital, the cornerstone investor partnering with BAI to guide companies to a public listing on the world's largest capital market.

All nine presenting companies received exceptional feedback for their vision and potential. After rigorous evaluation, four companies were selected for their strong growth trajectories, innovative solutions, and alignment with global market opportunities:
